Excellent and Prefessional service starting with clerical staff to the Doctors! Their customer service is grade A!! Not a long waiting area seating like some doctor’s offices, which says a lot about their scheduling practices. Doctor Starr and Lench has always taken time to inform, addressing any concerns and answer questions with precise professionalism. They are what I call “very seasoned doctors.”

I was able to schedule my appointment online. I received a reminder on my cell phone. I went in and was seen right away. The entire session was less than 45 minutes. This was convenient and appreciated.

Dr Lench was very thorough and professional with my routine eye exam. The office atmosphere is very personable and relaxing. Dr Starr is who usually takes care of my exams and is also very thorough and professional. Would recommend either doctor for your eye care.

My son and I both had appointments yesterday. You never feel as though you’re a number, there is always a personal touch. Dr. Lench actually LISTENS to you AND hears what you say, especially regarding concerns. You aren’t herded through like cattle, you are given the time that you need for a thoughtful and thorough exam. Dr. Lench even makes family connections, when other family members are not present, adding to patients’ comfort level.

We have found all staff to be very professional yet at the same time, personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Lench (and I have) to others.
